How to use the electric operating table safely?

The basic function of the electric operating table is to adjust the operating position so that the operation can be carried out more smoothly. Surgery on the neck, chest and abdomen, limbs, urinary and facial features can be applied. In order to be able to perform the operation without errors, we should learn what to pay attention to when using it, so how do we use it safely?

Before explaining the precautions, we must first understand its characteristics. The electric operating table has beautiful appearance, intelligent, ergonomic design, high surface finish, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The following is the electric operating table Precautions for safe use:

1. Press the electric grip switch on the controller panel to enter the preparation stage for operation.

2. Correctly activate and release the base brake. Lower the brake aid plate next to the base and move it under the fixed rod to fix it to activate the central mechanical brake assembler to fix the operating table.

3. To prevent external injuries

(1) To prevent tipping: After opening the base brake, the electric operating table is not locked and fixed. At this time, the operating table is operated or the patient is moved and transferred, and the operating table may shift or tilt and cause the patient to fall off the bed. Therefore, the operating table must be locked after completing the adjustment operation.

(2) To prevent pinching or crushing: When releasing the base brake, do not put your feet under the base.

(3) Prevent tripping: put the wires in the proper place to avoid tripping when walking.

(4) Prevent electric shock: When the electrical access cover or control parts are removed, do not operate or repair the operating table.

(5) Prevention of burns: When using an electric knife, prevent the patient's skin from contacting the metal parts of the operating bed to avoid bypass burns.

4. The hand control panel should be hung on the rail on the side of the operating table. The line should avoid surface pinching and crushing to prevent the line from being broken.

5. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord or let the cart drop over the power cord.

6. Do not allow the patient to sit on the headboard, hand-price board or leg board of the operating table. Excessive weight may cause the accessories to bend and be damaged. The head plate and the long plate can hold up to 40kg of pots. When the two leg plates are separated by more than 450, only 20kg can be used. The operating table should not bear more than 150kg.

7. Do not place objects, accessories or heavy objects on the outer cover of the base of the operating table.

8. Cleaning and disinfection of operating table and accessories:

(1) Use a weakly vitreous Qinggu Jinggu surgical bed and accessories containing surface-active Jing and phosphate gel salt.

(2) The surgical bed should be disinfected with a surface disinfectant containing ethyl acetate to dilute and disinfect the operating bed. Grasping, grasping compounds, and mixtures containing ethyl alcohol should not be used to avoid corrosion of the metal surface.

(3) Do not spray or rinse the base with detergent and water to prevent the internal electrical control system from being short-circuited and the parts rusted or malfunctioning.
